Bringing Your Greatest Ideas to Life !!!

In August 2018 A Wright Design Ltd invested in there first Professional FFF 3D printer as I know the important of producing prototypes, not just for a visual aid which can verify the design but also from a cost element that could be reduced by anything between 38% to 62% compared to production of a first off. The Raise3D printer offers a large model capacity of 305 x 305 x305mm and with its upto 300c nozzle temperature it is compatible with all material filament on the market today

There are hundreds of applications where a 3D printer could help your business or home its just a matter of finding the right one for you, here are a few examples in just the manufacturing and Domestic sector

For your Home Life

  • Personalised objects i.e photo frames, Signs
  • Unique Brackets for any kind of application
  • Organisation Devices i.e Tool holders, Desk/draw organisers etc
  • Molds i.e Sliocone Cake Decoration, specialist kitchen cutters etc
  • Disability Aids
  • Jewellery
  • Toys
  • You name it we can do it

Engineering / Manufacturing Industry

  • High Impact Molds for Injection Molding
  • Unique Profiles for Clamping Devices and Fixtures Tooling
  • Gauges and Dies
  • Replacement parts made from existing part
  • Low Volume parts
  • Research and Development
  • Rapid Prototyping

Most Commonly Used Materials in 3D Printing

  • PLA is the most widely used material due to strenght, Reliable, Cost and availablity. It offers a huge range of colours and partic infused filament which includes Wood, Brass, Bronze, Copper,
Aluminum, Stainless steel, cork, Carbon Fiber, Sandstone, Glitter, Glow in the dark, Colour changing, Magnetic iron, Hemp and conductive graphene Plus more been added as the market evolives
  • ABS is able to withstand high stress and temperature, great wearablity. Most commonly used for Lego and toys, tool handles, automotive trim components, and electrical enclosures.
  • PET-G is Though not brittle with a high level of strength and durability. Most commonly known plastic used for water bottles
  • Nylon has a very high level of strength, flexibility, and durability. very popuar for machanical parts or prototypes
  • TPE,TPU,TPC (Flexible) is Soft and stretchable, rubber-like qualities with a higher resistance to chemical and UV exposure, as well to heat
  • PC-Polycarbonate is the strongest filament offering extremely durable and resistant to both physical impact and heat
  • Conductive Carbon filament that conduct electricity makes printing low-voltage electronic circuit with ease so sky’s the limit with customized electronics projects
  • LAYCeramic (Clay/Ceramic )
  • Carbon Fiber Qualitys are extremely stiff, strength and rigid material with relatively little weight.
  • PC-ABS (Polycarbonate ABS alloy)Qualitys of this material is tough thermoplastic, combining the strength and heat resistance of polycarbonate with the flexibility of ABS
  • MOLDLAY (Wax Mold)
  • ASA (Crylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) this material was originally developed to be a hardy weather resistant material
  • PP (Polypropylene) is tough, flexible, light, chemically resistant and food safe material
  • POM (Polyoxymethylene) qualitys are strength, rigidity, resistance to wear, and most importantly, its low coefficient of friction
  • PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate)Qualitys are lightweight, shatter-resistant, Rigid, impact resistant, transparent and a great alternative to glass

There are so many more sectors were 3d printers are helping, these being

Aerospace
Arthitecture
Automative
Commercial
Consumer goods

Education
Medical
